With this letter we intend to inform you about the most important aspects of the usage of data in the context of our Website.

When you Contact us

When you get into contact with us via our Website or per Email, the data you cited is saved for the purpose of processing your request or in case of follow-up questions. This data will not be passed onto third parties without your permission.

Google Analytics uses cookies, that enable an analysis of the usage of the website through their users. The thereby generated information is saved on the provider’s server. You can prohibit that by changing the settings of your browser to not be allowed to save Cookies. We have signed a corresponding agreement about the Commissioned Data Processing with the provider.

You IP-address will be registered, but immediately pseudonymized (for example by deleting the last eight digits). That way only a rough localication is possible. The data processing is carried out on basis of the legal guidelines of § 96 Abs 3 TKG, as well as Art 6 Abs 1 lit a (agreement) and/or f (legitimate interest)of GDPR. Our issue on the topic of GDPR is the improvement of our offer and our website.

Because the privacy of our users is of utmost importance to us, the user data is getting pseudonymized. The user data will be stored for a duration of 38 months.

Newsletter

You have the possibility to subscribe to our newsletter via our website. For this purpose we need your email address and a declaration hat you agree to receive our newsletters.  As soon as you subscribed to our newsletter, we will send you a confirmation email with a link you have to open to confirm getting newsletters. When you unsubscribe from our Newsletter we will subsequently delete the Data that was accumulated in connection with the nesletter.
