You can prohibit that by changing the settings of your browser to not be allowed to save Cookies. We have signed a corresponding agreement about the Commissioned Data Processing with the provider.
You IP-address will be registered, but immediately pseudonymized (for example by deleting the last eight digits). That way only a rough localication is possible. The data processing is carried out on basis of the legal guidelines of § 96 Abs 3 TKG, as well as Art 6 Abs 1 lit a (agreement) and/or f (legitimate interest)of GDPR. Our issue on the topic of GDPR is the improvement of our offer and our website.
Because the privacy of our users is of utmost importance to us, the user data is getting pseudonymized. The user data will be stored for a duration of 38 months.
